Bahan resep tahu krispi:
  • 1 buah (250 g) egg tahu sutera, potong-potong
  • 100 g wortel, potong kasar, rebus sebentar, tiriskan
  • 100 g udang kupas, potong kecil, sangrai
  • 1 batang daun bawang, ambil bagian yang putih, iris halus
  • minyak goreng

Aduk rata:
  • 1 siung bawang putih, parut
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 150 ml air
  • 75 g tepung kanji
  • 2 sdm tepung terigu
  • 1 sdm kucai, iris halus

Cara membuat tahu krispi mudah:
  1. Masukkan tofu, wortel dan udang secara bertahap ke dalam adonan.
  2. Goreng sesendok demi sesendok hingga kering dan matang.
  3. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  4.  Sajikan hangat dengan saus cabai botolan.
