Bahan Biang :
  • 50 gr terigu
  • 1 sdt ragi (aku 6 gr ragi instan/fermifan)
  • 50 cc air
  • Aduk semua, diamkan 20 menit.
Bahan serabi:
  • 100 gr Tepung terigu
  • 100 gr tepung beras
  • 600 cc santan (aku 180 ml kara + 300 cc air)
  • garam
  • 2 butir telur (aku cuma pake 1)
  • pewarna bila suka

Kuah Kinca:
Santan, gula merah, garam direbus jadi satu sampai mendidih.

Cara membuat :
  1. aduk terigu dan tepung beras, campur dengan biang
  2. masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit, beri garam, remas dengan tangan sambil ditepuk-tepuk. 
  3. Masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok lepas, aduk rata. 
  4. Bila masih banyak yang menggerindil dapat disaring. 
  5. Beri pewarna. Panaskan cetakan, tuang dan masak sampai matang.
